Will be
part of a multidisciplinary team to implement a healthcare-associated
infections program Specific duties will include leading or assisting the infection control portion of outbreak investigations, formulating recommendations for public health infection control actions, and ensuring that directions and activities of the program are in accordance with national policy recommendations. At least five years experience as an infection preventionist and certification in infection control are desired; mentoring is available. Good analytical and organizational skills, interpersonal skills, writing and speaking skills, and teaching skills are a must. |
